Driven by desire to spare others from similar frustrations, Shouberte envisioned a platform where students could not only learn academic principles but also apply them in real-world settings, role-play them during BLS course, learn all the strategies and hands-on experience that a supervisor would have taught you while doing your independent fieldwork under expert guidance of BLS. Our team will be extremely patient as we know what Shouberte went through when she was completing her master’s program in Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Behaviour Lifestyle is more than a website; it is a supportive community where students receive personalized tutoring, or in group, gain invaluable hands-on-experience and build the confidence to excel in the field of ABA and will be there to guide and coach parents who are seeking ABA information. Shouberte is a Licensed Behavior Analyst who founded Behaviour Lifestyle (BLS) with a profound personal mission: This is to shift the way ABA education, training, internship/practicum are delivered or has been delivered. When she was a supervisee, she struggled to find the right supervisor and so she found herself going through challenges to bridge the gap between theory and practice, yearning for hands-on examples and practical guidance that seemed rare to find. When Shouberte began practicum and became an intern, the supervisor withdrew her out of internship, because she thought that she was very fresh into the ABA program. In fact, the supervisor did not have the patience to teach her. The supervisor wrote a letter to the institution that Shouberte attended, stating that she was too novice in the program, as she was in her 2nd semester with limited knowledge and experience in the field. When she started her practicum, she had been in the program for 2 months and a half, Shouberte gave her best, took great notes at that time to learn, and sadly got expelled from the internship program due to her supervisor’s feedback. Shouberte had to continue taking the independent field work route to finish her hours for the master’s program. During that time, she felt lost as well, where she became an autodidact piercing what she had learned from school to apply in real life.

Shouberte Abreu, M.S., Instructor/Manager

QBA, LBA, IBA, ITDS, Author, Secretary of Non-Profit Organization (DALH).Shouberte is a dedicated leader with a passion for making positive impact in the lives of individuals. She is a secretary in a charity organization, a non-profit where she plays an important role in helping the students in an impoverished country to help them achieve their dreams by helping fulfill the mission of the charity. Shouberte’s enthusiasm for continuous learning is reflected in her pursuit to expand her knowledge and expertise.
Beyond her role in that charity sector, she is an Author in Toilet Training that is evidence based using ABA method. She is also an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist AKA Child Developmental Specialist, Qualified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst and an International Behavior Analyst. Shouberte resides in South Florida with her husband where she currently works at University of Miami (Department of Pediatrics).
She enjoys reading books on anything regarding leadership, ABA, and the Bible. In her leisure time, she finds relaxation in watching television indulging in moments of downtime to recharge her mind, body, and soul to unwind.

Daniel is revolutionizing individualized ABA services. With 6 years of experience, Daniel has navigated roles from a “Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).” He relocated in Hawai’i in 2022, he advocates trauma-informed, compassionate and least-intrusive ABA tactics.
His innovative approach prioritizes Non-Contingent Reinforcement (NCR) for a gentler intervention method.
Outside work, Daniel enjoys music, singing, dancing, juggling, and playing instruments like the banjo, harmonica, and theremin, enriching both his professional and personal life with creativity and connection. Daniel is the instructor of BLS- he brings a unique perspective to leadership, enriched by his Organizational Behavior/Change Management knowledge and skills.

Di-Anne is Behaviour Lifestyle’s mentor/coach to help with the advancement of BLS in various dimension. She is a business communication specialist, author, speaker, behavior therapist, an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist and a trainer in the area of Organizational Business Management. She is the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) Public Relations woman of the year, the recipient of the WOAMTEC Community Leadership Award, Mrs. Corporate America 2012, and Ms. Corporate America Lifetime Queen.
She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations, and Marketing, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Ashford University; a master degree in Exceptional Student Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida.
Di-Anne has a professional broadcasting certification for Radio/TV from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and is a news contributor for WOFL Fox 35 TV Orlando, FL. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities (I/DD), I am passionate about applying evidence-based practices to improve the lives of children with autism and their families. I currently own and operate a business consulting practice that supports BCBA-owned businesses.
In this role, I leverage my skills in customer success, process improvement, and mentoring to ensure the satisfaction, retention, and growth of my clients.
Additionally, I consult as a Subject-Matter Expert and BACB-Qualified Supervisor/Mentor for Sidekick Learning, an online learning management system that offers a cutting-edge supervision curriculum for BCBAs and fieldwork trainees. I contribute to the development, delivery, and evaluation of the content, as well as provide support, training, and individual or group supervision to the learners and supervisors.
Furthermore, l also offer freelance consultation services to startups, schools, and large organizations that seek to implement best practices in applied behavior analysis, organizational behavior management (OBM), and neurodiversity inclusion.
